Facebook's tipping point of bad behaviour

Sadly Instagram and WhatsApp are both owned by Facebook so ditching only one of the three seems like a token gesture rather than a statement but this kind of thing is atrocious. Discrediting the bad news by promoting conspiracy theories?

With so much personal data at steak I don't think regulation and accountability can come soon enough.
