It's been 7 years since N.E.R.D.'s last single and albums were realised and 4 since they revealed work on their fifth studio album had begun.
No_One Ever Really Dies will feature artists like Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar and Andre 3000. Collaborations are unusual for the band but not exactly something that they've shied away from in the past so it will be interesting to see the results.
The album was previewed at Complexcon to a live audience and should be out early 2018. There was also a special recording of OTHERtone on Beats 1 at the event. The band revealed their pain around putting together the album Nothing and also discussed working with Rihanna and Andre 3000.
You can stream the album on Apple Music (below), purchase the album on iTunes, Amazon (US/UK), or get a 7" vinyl from the official N.E.R.D. store.
